This seven-passenger SUV offers plenty of space and luxury at a reasonable cost, but its biggest detractor is the hood logo. Fewer and fewer Buicks may be found on the roads today. Luxury brands must deal with a hard reality despite the adage that “don’t judge a book by its cover.”
The Envision’s 310-horsepower V6 engine is connected to a nine-speed automatic transmission. Traction is available on all four wheels, as well as the front. Interior
There’s no doubt that Buick went all out when creating the interior of the Envision. You’ll be impressed by the car’s spacious interior and excellent visibility, but you’ll be captivated by the magnificent dashboard arrangement and general design as well. The inside has a powerful feel to it, despite a few low-quality plastics here and there, and the simple dashboard design is appealing.
When it comes to upholstery, lower-end versions come standard with cloth, while higher-end models come standard with leather and even real wood. Standard equipment includes power-adjustable front seats that can be shifted at the press of a button. But at this price point, the Buick Envision’s cabin isn’t the most lavish.
Engine
In 2024, there will be one engine and gearbox combination available. A naturally aspirated gas engine with 310 horsepower and 266 lb-ft of torque is found in the Envision. All four wheels or only the front ones? The performance of this power plant can best be described as “adequate.”
However, the Envision isn’t going to push you back into your seat when you’re accelerating. Using the nine-speed automatic transmission is a breeze if you’re not in a hurry to get there. It can be difficult for the transmission to identify gears while the car is accelerating aggressively while merging onto a freeway.
2024 Buick Envision Release Date and Price
In the United States, new 2024 Buick Envision Preferred trims start at $40,300 before fees and taxes.Prices for all of the Buick Envisions shown here include the $1,195 destination charge. The Essence costs $42,300 to purchase. The premium costs $48,400, while the Avenir costs $54,100. With all-wheel-drive, Essence Premium and Avenir models will set you back between $2,000 and $2,200. If you see the Buick emblem on the hood, you’ll be able to find a good used car at a reasonable price.
